Excalibur...still a favorite!

I'm hanging out with the family at home on this Independence Day, and we have a chance to relax and watch movies. Since I was first up, I got to pick the first movie! Since I have writing to do today, I figured I'd choose an old favorite, Excalibur. After all these years, I still love it!

It's such a visually stunning movie, so much color and beauty! It has a certain feel to it that I've always loved. Terry English made all the armor for the film, and I'd happily slap him on the back and tell him that he's amazing. I'm finishing up Book 2, Gart's Road at the moment, and watching movies like this helps me get in the mood.
